Terms and Conditions of Sale

Payment methods

Payments can be made via Interac e-transfer, check, or PayPal. These methods are secure, and payment must be confirmed before the service is activated.

Terms of payment

Payment for services must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to apply late fees of up to 10% of the total amount due.

In case of non-payment, the service will be deactivated and deleted.

Guarantees

We offer a 99% uptime guarantee for hosting services over a 3-month period. If this guarantee is not met, a credit corresponding to the duration of any downtime exceeding this limit will be applied to the client’s account upon request. This guarantee does not apply to force majeure events or outages caused by factors beyond our control.

Refund policy

Domain names

No refunds are possible. We are not responsible for errors in the domain name requested when ordering.

Technical support

No refund is possible.

Other services

A refund can be requested within 24 hours of ordering if the customer is not satisfied.

Limitation of liability

Artivain S.E.N.C. is not responsible for any loss of data, unless otherwise indicated on the services concerned or if a backup service has been subscribed to with the service concerned.

Artivain S.E.N.C. declines all liability for any indirect damage, loss of income, or other consequences related to the interruption of services, except in the event of gross negligence on our part.
